I’m hosting a training on June 12th.
In this 2 hour training you will gain:
– a clearer understanding of Resilience
– how to spot trauma response
– how to support through feeling triggered
– how to avoid triggering others
This training is intended for anyone who interacts with people regularly and has a desire to increase their positive connection with themselves and others.
I will tailor story examples and application to the experiences of those participating in the training.
You will leave this training with practical skills and reminders to support you and those around you to amplify Resilience and minimize harm.
