Kelley is a seasoned therapist, guide, and mental health advocate known for her deep insight and ability to get to the heart of the matter. With nearly two decades of experience, she helps others embrace both strengths and challenges, fostering grounded presence and meaningful change. Kelley looks forward to supporting your journey toward greater self-acceptance that will continue to amplify your resilience even after the retreat.
Erin Girzone
Erin Girzone, founder of Good Health is a Habit Wellness Studio, specializes in somatic movement, fitness, and yoga. With over a decade of experience as a movement teacher and a deep curiosity about how the body moves, Erin helps individuals connect with their bodies as an internal compass. Through her guidance, participants discover ease, strength, and balance by cultivating body awareness. Erin looks forward to guiding you toward deeper somatic connection.
